The announcement of the winner of Her Reluctant Bodyguard is up over on the The F.A.I.T.H. blog. Make sure you check that out.
And over on the F.A.I.T.H. blog I'm talking about how word of mouth is great advertising. It's the best way to talk up a product you really like. Well, the same is true about the gospel.
Tell 2 friends.
Then maybe they'll tell 2 friends. And so on!
Jesus has made a tremendous name for himself. God has written the bestselling book in all the world. Seems like they wouldn't need the word of mouth advertising, huh. And no, God doesn't NEED it. He requires it.
Matthew:
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." NIV
Think about how you've felt when you've read a good book, seen a great movie, ate a delicious dinner whether it's at a restaurant or you've made it yourself. Don't you just want to tell people about it? About your experience? Well, Jesus Christ is more exciting than any book, movie, or food item we can talk about.
So what do you say? Are you willing to go tell 2 friends?
